A 25-year-old Lac du Flambeau woman who faced multiple charges in three separate cases including felony substantial battery, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and one count of domestic abuse in a plea agreement in Vilas County Circuit Court last week.

Jury trial set Oct. 10 for suspect
in Sayner area animal neglect case

A 48-year-old Sayner woman, who allegedly neglected animals left at her former home, will receive a jury trial Oct. 10 in Vilas County Circuit Court.
