A total of 351 complaints were entered by Vilas County Sheriff’s Department dispatchers last week.

The department reported at least 13 vehicle accidents, 12 car vs. deer accidents, two abandoned vehicles, three requests for agency assistance, two requests for an ambulance, three animal prob­lems, two attempts to locate, four burglaries, 10 burglar alarms, 10 requests for citizen assistance, three re­ports of criminal damage to property, one report disorderly conduct, three disturbances, one report of domestic violence, five fires, three reports of found property, two fraud complaints,

Judge grants sentence adjustment
for woman convicted of robbery

A 57-year-old Eagle River  woman convicted of armed robbery with threat of force in 2010 was granted a sentence adjustment in Vilas County Circuit Court last week.

Debra A. Pride was sentenced Nov. 1, 2010, to four years in the Wisconsin Prison System followed by five years of extended supervision for her involvement in an armed robbery with her brother at the St. Germain Pharmacy March 29, 2010.
