Armin "Skip" Plisch
Armin "Skip" Plisch, 90, of Maricopa, Arizona, formerly of Eagle River, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026.
Skip proudly served in the U.S. Army and later enjoyed a long career as a truck driver with Foreway Express, retiring in 1994.An avid fisherman and lifelong hunter, Skip loved the
outdoors and cherished the time he spent with family and friends.
On July 11, 1959, he married Connie Beyer in Mattoon, Wisconsin. Together they shared 67 years of love, family, and treasured memories.
Skip is survived by his beloved wife, Connie; his children, LouAnn (Jeff) Wolfard of Sumner, Iowa, Michael (Mary) Plisch of Tucson, Arizona, Sue (Troy) Paulson of Dalbo, Minnesota, and Marty (Jennifer) Plisch of Maricopa, Arizona; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Plisch; and sister-in-law, Judith Plisch.
Skip will be remembered for his quiet strength, dedication to his family, strong work ethic, and love of the outdoors. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
