Amanda Valliere, 37, of Lac du Flambeau, pleaded guilty and was sentenced in multiple cases, one on two felony charges, including one for methamphetamine possession, and one for bail jumping.
Judge Milanowski sentenced Valliere to one year of confinement for each count, to run concurrently, and two years of extended supervision for the possession charge and three for bail jumping. The case will also run concurrent with two other cases she was sentenced for.
Joshua Groth, 42, of Milwaukee, was found guilty of one felony count of Operating While Intoxicated. The court ordered Groth to face five years in the Wisconsin Prison System, two years of initial confinement and three of extended supervision. There is a $1,200 fine plus court costs totaling $2,702. Groth will have a three-year license revocation and will have an IID installed for three years. There were 157 days of presentence credit, and the sentence will be served concurrently with whatever he is serving now.
Jonelle Allen, 33, of Lac du Flambeau, failed to appear for a sentencing hearing on one felony count of methamphetamine possession. The court authorized a body-only warrant for the nonappearance.
Dalton Keuffer, 21, of Conover, had a plea/sentencing hearing set during his final pretrial hearing on one felony count of 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child. The hearing was scheduled for Feb. 26, at 1:30 p.m.
Glen Barth, 66, of Eagle River, had a plea/sentencing hearing requested by his defense team during a judicial pretrial on five counts of possession of child pornography. His $100,000 bond was continued for the case. The hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5, at 1:30 p.m.
Christopher Gagnon, 38, of Eagle River, had a plea/sentencing hearing today after his defense addressed the court by saying there was an agreement in the case. He is being charged with one felony count of narcotic drug possession, with the alleged incident happening June 24 of last year.
