Signature bond set for Arbor Vitae women at initial hearing

Ashley Hausman, 34, of Arbor Vitae, appeared for her initial hearing last week on one felony charge of misappropriating ID information to obtain money. Judge Daniel Overbey ordered a $500 signature bond with conditions. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 15 at 2 p.m. The alleged offense occurred on Jan. 3, 2026.

Melissa Robinson-Sizer, 44, of Tomahawk, had a plea/sentencing hearing scheduled after the defense requested it during a judicial pretrial on one felony fourth-offense OWI charge. The hearing is set on Aug. 4 at 2 p.m. The alleged offense took place on Sept. 23, 2025.

Ivan Scharbrough, 47, of Tomahawk, appeared for a motion hearing on one felony conviction of interfering with custody, beyond visitation. Scharbrough argued his motion, and Judge Martha Milanowski granted the motion. Scharbrough was placed on three years of probation back April 6, where he was to serve 90 days of conditional jail, among other conditions. The court ordered jail time to end earlier this week, according to online records. The judgment of conviction was amended, but Judge Milanowski did not grant relief for the Deferred Entry of Judgement (DEJ).
