Eagle River woman gets probation for methamphetamine possession

Nichole Noe, 39, of Eagle River, pleaded guilty to one felony charge of possession of methamphetamine at a plea/sentencing hearing last week. Judge Martha Milanowski imposed and stated a sentence of 12 months in Vilas Jail for three months of probation. There were five days of presentence credit in the case of revocation. The offense took place on July 15, 2025.

Jonelle Allen, 34, of Lac du Flambeau, pleaded guilty to three felony charges spanning across two cases. Allen pleaded guilty to two felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping at a plea/sentencing hearing. Judge Martha Milanowski imposed a 3.5-year sentence in the Wisconsin Prison System, but stayed that sentence for three years of probation with conditions. There were 92 days of presentence credit in one of the cases and 17 days in the other. Both cases will run concurrently with each other.
