Danielle Marie Moore Abu Eid

Danielle Marie Moore Abu Eid, born June 25, 1992, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

Danielle graduated from Northland Pines High School in 2010. She went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and her master’s degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

She married Mahmoud Abu Eid on May 16, 2018, in Milwaukee. Together, they later lived in Houston, Texas, before moving to her favorite city, New York City.

Danielle loved her work as Head of Strategy for Business Development at JPMorgan Chase in New York, where she brought dedication, intelligence, and passion to everything she did. She was deeply respected and loved by her team members, celebrating their achievements, encouraging their growth, and offering thoughtful advice whenever it was needed.

Danielle passed away at home in Manhattan, surrounded by her close family and her beloved dogs, Phoenix and Apollo, by her side. Her strength, courage, and grace throughout her illness reflected the beautiful person she was and the deep love she shared with those around her.

Danielle had a rare gift for making people feel seen, supported, and loved. She will be remembered for her brilliance, warmth, unmistakable style, and the love she poured into the people and animals around her.

Danielle is survived by her loving family, including her husband, Mahmoud Abu Eid; her parents, Lorrie Moore and Mitchell Moore Jr.; her brother, Mitchell L. Moore; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Nancy Ross and Lawrence Tuchalski; her paternal grandparents, Janice Moore and Mitchell Moore Sr.; her aunt, Theresa Bennett; and her cousin, Jake Bennett.

Danielle was laid to rest at Laurel Grove Cemetery in New Jersey, near her husband’s family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue or shelter in Danielle’s honor, reflecting her deep love for animals and for her beloved dogs, Phoenix and Apollo.
