Early deadlines reported for News-Review, Trader due to holiday closures

As the holiday season approaches, the Vilas County News-Review, Three Lakes News and North Woods Trader will see some fluctuations in scheduled deadlines around the Christmas and New Years holidays.

For the Wednesday, Dec. 24 North Woods Trader, all display and classified advertising content is due by 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

For the Wednesday, Dec. 24 edition of the newspaper, anything to be considered for editorial publishing is due by Thursday, Dec. 18, at 3 p.m. On the advertising side, all display and classified ads for the News-Review are due by Thursday, Dec. 18, at 9 a.m. Any obituaries must be submitted Friday, Dec. 19, by 10 a.m.

As a reminder, the Dec. 24 edition of the News-Review and Three Lakes News will be a double-issue, encompassing the Dec. 31 edition as well. Our office will be closed the week of Dec. 22-28. No Trader or News-Review will be published for the week of Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Following the New Year, the Jan. 6 edition of the Trader will again have early deadlines — all display and classified advertising content is due by 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31.

The News-Review/Three Lakes News will return to its usual schedule for the Jan. 7 edition.
