Eleonore Berkelman

Eleonore M. Berkelman (née Bialoglowicz-White), age 95, a resident of Eagle River, WI, passed away on Saturday November 30, 2024, at the Eagle River Memorial Hospital.

She was born on May 28, 1929, in Chicago, IL to Frank and Mary (née Mondro) Bialoglowicz-White.

Eleonore was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic in Eagle River, WI. She was an avid Bingo player. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Berkelman; parents, Frank and Mary Bialoglowicz-White; brothers, Eugene (Stephany) Bialoglowicz and Florian Bialoglowicz; sister, Adeline (Ronald) Barbeau; father-in-law, Carl Berkelman; mother-in-law, Madeline Berkelman; and brother-in-law, Carl Berkelman Jr.   

Eleonore is survived by her son, Timothy F. (Theresa) Berkelman of Eagle River, WI; grandchildren, David, Steven and Matthew; many nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 3, 2024, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Eagle River, WI. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
