Flambeau woman gets probation on drug, bail jumping charges

Clanci St Germaine, 30, of Lac du Flambeau, was given two years of probation with conditions on one felony charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place and one misdemeanor bail jumping charge. Sentences of 12 months and eight months in Vilas Jail were stayed for the probation period for both counts.
The offenses occurred on Jan. 10, 2024. In the case of revocation, there are 181 days of presentence credit for both counts.

Shaylin Horn, 25, of Merrill, appeared for a hearing last week on one felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. The defense requested a plea/sentencing hearing to be scheduled, which will be Aug. 6 at 11:30 a.m.

Ezekiel Charette, 35, of Washburn, had a jury trial scheduled during a competency hearing involving multiple cases. The case with the jury trial is on two felony counts of possession with intent/deliver narcotics and bail jumping. The trial is scheduled to start Oct. 6 at 8:15 a.m., with a final pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 2 at 11 a.m.

Curtis Hagen, 33, of Eagle River, appeared for a judicial pretrial last week on one felony charge of possessing a firearm-convicted of a felony, and one bail jumping felony.
Hagen declined the prosecutors’ offer and requested a jury trial. The trial was scheduled to begin Oct. 29 at 8:15 a.m., and a final pretrial was set for Sept. 30 at 10:30 a.m.

Augustine Allen Jr, 34, of Lac du Flambeau, failed to appear for a final pretrial on one felony charge of substantial battery-intend bodily harm and two other misdemeanors.
Judge Martha Milanowski ordered a body-only bench warrant for the non-appearance.
