Francine Byrns
Francine Catherine Byrns of St. Germain age 71, passed away surrounded by family on April 1, 2025.
She was born on Sept. 19, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Millicent and Fred Hemmel.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Frank Byrns; their children, Amy (Howard) Strassner, Tim (Sara) Byrns, and Greg (Amy Jo) Byrns. She was blessed with seven beautiful grandchildren, Emma, Ben, Winter, Pearl, Parker, Garrett and Grayson.
She was a proud and devoted military wife for 20 years. In her later years, she served as the director of the St. Germain Housing Authority for 17 years. As a member of St. Mary’s in Sayner, she was a devout Catholic and loved singing with the choir.
Fran was the most caring and loving person. The loss of Fran is deeply felt in our family’s hearts. PAID OBITUARY
