Joel Allen Quinones, 71, beloved Father, Grandfather, Son, Brother and Uncle passed away peacefully on April 13, 2025, in Glendale, Arizona.

He was born at St Mary’s Hospital March 29, 1954, in Gallup, New Mexico to Manual A. Quinones and Jessie Baca. He was raised in Gallup New Mexico and graduated from Gallup High School in 1972, and UNM in 2000, with honors.

After retirement he became a “snowbird”, splitting his time between Glendale, Arizona and Phelps, Wisconsin. He had the best of both worlds!
