Kids From Wisconsin return to Eagle River with 2025 tour

Summer fun is in full swing as the 57th Kids From Wisconsin troupe brings its toe-tapping, crowd-pleasing revue to more than 30 venues across the state — including right here in Eagle River.

The Headwaters Council for the Performing Arts (HCPA) is excited to welcome back the high-energy talent of the Kids From Wisconsin for their 2025 summer tour, The Heat is On. The performance will take place Wednesday, July 16, at 7 p.m. in the Northland Pines High School Auditorium.

Packed with vibrant musical medleys, The Heat is On captures the soundtrack of summer, from backyard barbecues and lake days to patriotic celebrations and blockbuster movie scores. It’s a nostalgic, feel-good experience the whole family will enjoy.

Since their founding in 1969, the Kids From Wisconsin have performed for more than 10 million people nationwide, including appearances at the Kennedy Center, Milwaukee’s Performing Arts Center, and the Canadian National Exhibition. Each year, this elite troupe of performers, ages 15 to 20, is selected through a rigorous audition process, offering a unique, professional-level touring experience.

Tickets for The Heat is On are $15 and available in advance at Eagle River Roasters through July 15, online at hcpapresents.com, or at the door beginning at 6 p.m. on the night of the show.
