Mary Lynn Durocher

Mary Lynn (nee Riesinger) Durocher, age 81, resident of Three Lakes, WI, for over 20 years and a summer visitor since 1979, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2026, in Eagle River, WI. Beloved wife of the late Antoine “Tony” Durocher.

Mary was born Jan. 29th, 1945, in Merrill WI, to John and Ruby Riesinger. She retired from the Associated Bag Company around 2006.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and had a special love for animals and nature. She could often be found feeding the deer, birds, and even the bears that visited, finding happiness in caring for the wildlife around her. She also enjoyed browsing thrift stores, volunteering for the local church, shopping for little treasures, and spending time with those she loved most. One of her greatest joys was capturing and looking back on photographs, preserving precious memories of family and life’s special moments.

Above all, she cherished her family, and the time she spent with them was what meant the most to her.

Mary is survived by her three children, Michele Durocher, Jon (Shannon) Durocher, Michael (Mary) Durocher; beloved grandchildren, Kennedy, Joslyn, Zoe, Molly and Margaret; brother, Mark (Karla) Riesinger, niece Lindsey and nephew Erik.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until noon Friday, August 21, 2026, at Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River.

A graveside service will follow the visitation at Three Lakes Cemetery in Three Lakes.

Arrangements by Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home, Eagle River. Online condolences may be expressed at gaffney-busha.com
