Chauncy White, 40, of Oneida, was placed on probation for seven years, with conditions, on one felony charge of possession with intent of amphetamine/methamphetamine (10-50g) at a sentencing hearing last week. Conditions include AODA assessment/follow-through, mental health assessment/follow-through, and maintaining absolute sobriety. Judge Overbey stayed a sentence of three years of initial confinement and four years of extended supervision for the probation period. There is one day of presentence credit in the case of revocation.
Katelyn Browning, 29, of Rhinelander, waived a preliminary hearing on one felony charge of methamphetamine possession and one felony bail jumping charge. Browning was bound over for arraignment, and a plea of not guilty was entered by the court. A judicial pretrial was scheduled for July 7 at 2 p.m.
