Age ~ 76
It is with profound sadness and much love that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Koxlien (Pucik), aged 76, of Eagle River, WI, on June 8, 2026.
She was born on November 21, 1949, in Chicago, IL, raised by her devoted parents, Lester and Theresa Pucik.
Pat dedicated her life to family and friends. After graduating from Independence High School in 1967, she worked various jobs to support herself and her young husband while he attended college and subsequently the U.S. Air Force. Eventually becoming a medical coder, Pat enjoyed that role for many years before retiring.
Beyond her career, her greatest joy was being a wife, mother, and grandmother.
She will be remembered for her hugs, loyalty, warmth, sense of humor, her insatiable love of books, and her affection for all animals, especially numerous pets she had throughout life. She enjoyed each long-awaited Northwoods spring and watched diligently for her hummingbirds and baby deer to return. Pat was most proud to be Kenny’s wife for 56 years.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Koxlien; her children, Chris (Rhonda) Koxlien and Amiee (Jason) Brodil; and her grandchildren, Brendan (Kylie) Koxlien, Kevin Koxlien, Isabella Brodil, Sophie Brodil, and Jack Brodil. She is one of 13 siblings with nieces and nephews abound. She shared a very special bond with her younger sister, Deb (Fred) Ekern. Pat was also a beloved sister-in-law to Donald Koxlien, Quentin (Norma) Koxlien, Louise Koxlien and Russell (Ellen) Koxlien.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Pucik; her mother, Theresa Pucik; her father-in-law, Orin Koxlien; and her mother-in-law, Beulah Koxlien.
A Celebration of Life and Service will be held on a yet-to-be-determined date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Dementia Society of America.
