Vilas County Sheriff

The Vilas County Sheriff’s Office reported 189 CAD calls last week, which included 15 911 hangups, one abandoned snowmobile, seven car versus deer accidents, three personal injury accidents, 15 non-reportable traffic accidents, 10 property damage accidents, two agency assists, three burglary alarms, one fire alarm, three ambulance requests, two animal problems, three locate attempts, 13 conditions of bond, seven citizen assists, one civil process execution, one death investigation, three disorderly conducts, three disturbances, two domestic violence complaints, two drug problems, one emergency detention, six sick leaves, two found properties, one drive off, five warrant confirmations, 18 information reports, one restraining violation, three juvenile problems, one lost property, one noise complaint, one police obstruction, one protection order, two probation violations, one vacation check, two officer assists, one lewd and lacivious, five snowmobile accidents, two snowmobile violations, one removed subject, two suicide attempts, four suspicious circumstances, one property/general theft, one threats, 11 hazards, five traffic violations, one transport hub, one transport warrant, one trespass and 10 welfare checks.
Four people were taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail.

Eagle River Police

The Eagle River Police Department responded to 19 incidents last week, which included three ambulance assists, one citizen dispute, two citizen assists, three disorderly conducts, one information, two suspicious circumstances, one non-reportable traffic accident, one property damage traffic accident, two traffic hazards, one gas skip theft, one property theft and one welfare check.

Three Lakes Police

The Three Lakes Police Department responded to 63 incident types last week, which included two 911, one accident, one alarm, four ambulance calls, one citizen assist, one motorist assist, one other agency assist, 28 business checks, one disturbance, six extra patrols, one fire alarm, one hazard, two information reports, one pickup warrant, one records check, two recreational incidents, one scam, one suspicious circumstance, three traffic stops, one trespassing and three vehicles in the ditch.
