Sally Newton
Sally Ann Newton, 76, passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on Tuesday, May 4, 2026, after a decades long battle with cancer.
Sally was born on November 2, 1949, in West Allis, WI, to her parents, Raymond Newton and Margaret Newton (nee Brozovich).
Sally graduated from St. Francis High School and continued her education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. There she distinguished herself by becoming the first woman to graduate with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. While in the Masters program she acted as a Teaching Assistant to several professors in the School of Business.
Sally continued to excel in the business world after graduation. While employed at Wisconsin Electric Power Co. and Wisconsin Natural Gas Co. Sally led an active life, participating in the Three Lakes Women’s Golf League, Women’s Club, Dartball and St. Theresa’s Church where she provided the music for Saturday Mass for 14 years. Rarely did she miss a Packers game. She had a special place in her heart for her three dogs over the years: Baby, Corky and Brandy.
