The Phelps Booster Club, Youth Recreation Association, and Phelps PPA will be creating a trick or treat map for individuals interested in trick-or-treating in the Phelps-area this Halloween.
The map will be of homes or businesses in the area that will be handing out treats prior to the party, and will be available throughout town the day of the event.
The groups are also currently planning a Halloween party for Saturday, Oct. 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Phelps school.
Individuals wanting to add their address to the map can contact Lori Merkel at 715-350-1407.
Deadline to add an address to the map is Friday, Oct. 20.
