Trick-or-treating set Saturday from 12-4 p.m.

The town of Phelps’ trick or treat time is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28.

A map has been created of community members and businesses that will be handing out treats from their homes. The map can be picked up at the Phelps Convenience Center or is available on Facebook.

In addition to traditional trick-or-treating, the Phelps Woman’s Club members will be set up in downtown Phelps for a trunk or treat event.

Members will hand out treats from the trunks of their vehicles, and any community members interested in handing out treats from their car are encouraged to join the event.

Following trick-or-treating, there will be a Halloween party for youngsters from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Phelps school.

Hot dogs, chips and juice boxes will be available at no charge.
