Craig Hrabe, 38, of Neenah, failed to appear for a hearing on one felony count of narcotic drug possession. Branch 2 Judge Daniel Overbey ordered a body-only warrant for the non-appearance.
Thomas La Barge, 35, of Lac du Flambeau, waived his preliminary hearing on one felony count of possession with intent to sell amphetamine/methamphetamine. Probable cause was found and the court entered a not-guilty plea. A judicial pretrial was scheduled for Dec. 3, at 10 a.m.
Shantel Turney, 29, of Lac du Flambeau, did not appear for one felony charge of possession with intent to sell amphetamine/methamphetamine. The court ordered a body-only bench warrant and the $5,000 signature bond was forfeited in the case. A final pretrial is set for Nov. 26, at 10:15 a.m.
Rebecca La Barge, 59, of Lac du Flambeau, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year of probation at a plea/sentencing hearing on one felony count of THC possession.
The court ordered 45 days in Vilas County Jail but stayed the confinement for the probational period. Conditions include AODA assessment and follow through, gainful employment and other programming according to her agent.
Brooke Bennett, 32, of Eagle River, pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of possession with intent, one being fentanyl and the other being cocaine.
A judicial pretrial was scheduled for Dec. 3, at 10:45 a.m.
Dustin Kramer, 34, of Arbor Vitae, had a plea/sentencing hearing scheduled for multiple cases involving felony and misdemeanor charges during a judicial pretrial last week.
The hearing was set for Nov. 13, at 3 p.m.
