On Saturday, Sunrise Lodge hosted a breakfast fundraiser to help cover travel expenses for Phelps students attending the SkillsUSA national competition in Atlanta. Johanna Siegel, Alivia Jones, and Raelee Steeno placed first in the state competition for their chapter display, qualifying them to advance to the National SkillsUSA Championships in June. Students served breakfast, and Laura Andersen, a special needs teacher at Phelps School and coordinator of the SkillsUSA program, collected donations. -Photos By Bob Hughes
